Returns and Refunds Policy
We offer a 60-day period for returns, starting from the day you receive your item.
Ovrelief Period Relief Device Returns:
You have 60 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
To begin a return, email us at sales@ovrelief.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Issues with Your Order
Check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was sent. We will address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchange Instructions
To request an exchange, send an email to sales@ovrelief.com with the reason for the exchange. We will reply within 24 hours to assist you.
Refund Procedure
After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
